These Terms govern your use of the Magical Diary app. By using the app, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian and are at least 18 years old.

Use of the service

Magical Diary provides personalized bedtime stories for children based on information provided by parents or guardians. Children do not create accounts or interact with the app independently.

User responsibilities

• You confirm that you have authority to provide any child-related information
• You agree to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You must not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to any information you provide. By using the app, you grant Magical Diary a limited license to process that information solely to provide the service. Generated stories may be used for personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are offered via subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Google Play account.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magical Diary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the app and request deletion at any time.
